Vacancy: Commission-Based Sales & Marketing Agents

Position Summary

Finnlemm NWDT Sacco Society Limited is looking for motivated and goal-oriented individuals to join our team as Sales & Marketing Agents. The role involves engaging with both new and existing members to support growth in membership, retention, and product uptake. The Sales & Marketing Agent will serve as a key link between the Sacco and its members, ensuring quality service delivery and contributing to the Sacco’s growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business leads and follow up on referrals and inquiries.
  • Conduct sales activations within assigned regions.
  • Recruit new Sacco members in line with due diligence and KYC requirements.
  • Ensure new member accounts are fully funded and active.
  • Meet sales targets within the agreed timelines.
  • Support marketing campaigns and outreach activities.
  • Promote Sacco products and services and cross-sell where relevant.
  • Maintain strong relationships with members to encourage continued participation in Sacco products.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and support the development of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Conduct presentations to prospective members.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Certificate or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Co-operative Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in sales and marketing within a financial or insurance institution is an added advantage.

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Remuneration

  • Commission-based.
